Clerk - Retail Buyers

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Clerk – Retail Buyers to support its upcoming integrated resort’s retail operations. The role will involve managing purchase orders, vendor relations, and data reporting across multiple store locations in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Maintain vendor relationships, follow up on order status, delivery schedules and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Support vendor registration and onboarding processes.
• Update product databases, generate sales and inventory reports using Excel and retail systems.
• Assist in preparing buying presentations, category reviews and visual merchandising updates.
• Help build planograms, fixture maps and product placement guides for each outlet.
• Coordinate pricing activities, promotional markdowns and price changes.
• Manage sample tracking, buying calendars, supplier meetings and maintain organized filing of contracts and compliance documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in buying, merchandising or procurement, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of the UAE retail market is a plus.
