About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants who love travel and want to help customers plan unforgettable holidays. This full‑time, morning‑shift position offers flexibility and the chance to grow within a leading global organization.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and create tailored holiday packages.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, participate in coaching sessions, and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Maintain a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude, striving for success and meeting performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a passion for travel.
- Fluent in Russian and open to long‑term growth and development.
- Commitment to a customer‑focused approach and willingness to learn through coaching.
