Client Account Manager

About the role

The Client Account Manager serves as the primary interface between strategic clients and Hill International's delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of large‑scale residential programs while identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the executive point of contact for assigned strategic clients, building long‑term relationships with executives, project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain account plans that drive revenue growth, client retention and partnership objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of large‑scale residential, mixed‑use and master‑planned community programs, ensuring scope, budget, quality and performance meet client expectations.
• Monitor project health, identify risks and facilitate resolution of delivery challenges, acting as an executive sponsor for key projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients, leading proposal development and commercial negotiations.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in the Middle East market managing major client accounts and delivering complex construction programs.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale residential and mixed‑use developments through all project phases.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, contracts, procurement and commercial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
