Client Engagement Coordinator (TeleSales)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Client Engagement Coordinator to drive tele‑sales and manage client relationships for our financial services and consultancy business in the UAE. The role combines lead generation, pre‑ and post‑sales support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end client management and coordination.
• Manage pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including lead generation via calls, emails, and networking.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide excellent customer support and timely follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in UAE Business Setup, Accounting, Audit, or Tax services.
• Prior experience in a target‑driven, sales‑oriented role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong client handling and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident, and performance‑focused attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
