Client Experience & Treatment Executive (UAE National)

Key responsibilities

• Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, ensuring consistent deployment of regional strategies and Maison standards.
• Coordinate and execute client experience and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive client engagement through tailored treatment actions, VIP experiences and local partnerships.
• Oversee gifting programs and client tools, ensuring effective targeting, distribution and tracking.
• Monitor budgets and operations, including expense tracking, purchase orders and process coordination.
