Client Partner - Commerce (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The Global Business Solutions team at TikTok is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Client Partner to drive revenue growth for commerce clients across the MENA region. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping retailers and e‑commerce brands leverage TikTok’s advertising and commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for a portfolio of commerce clients, managing quarterly attainment and year‑over‑year growth.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans, including joint business plans, commercial deals and investment commitments.
• Lead full‑funnel, product‑led strategies covering brand building, consideration, conversion and catalog/search advertising.
• Drive adoption of TikTok’s priority solutions such as Smart+, AI‑powered automation and GenAI creative tools.
• Build and sustain C‑suite relationships through regular business reviews and in‑market visits, especially in KSA.

Required profile

• Retail or e‑commerce expertise gained at a brand, retailer, marketplace, platform or agency.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including full‑funnel media planning, performance marketing and measurement.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and an established network in the MENA retail and marketing space.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside English.
