Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer is responsible for managing the administrative process of issuing and amending trade licenses for IFZA Dubai's professional partners and clients. The role ensures smooth processing of applications, accurate information handling, and timely responses to inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide license‑related information to clients and professional partners within set time‑frames.
• Issue quotes and deliver necessary documentation for trade licenses.
• Monitor and regularly update the CRM system while managing a portfolio of cases.
• Analyse documentation such as passports, application forms, and resolutions for accuracy.
• Respond to emails and queries from partners and clients on various licensing scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold IFZA’s reputation.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Handle complaints and devise optimal solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and renewals departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Intermediate computer literacy, especially MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and occasional face‑to‑face interactions.
• Experience in customer service or client relationship management is advantageous.
