Client Relationship Executive

About the role

Vervé Wellness, a concierge private health practice in Dubai, is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to oversee the end‑to‑end client journey. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating consultations, and converting prospects into paying clients while working closely with doctors, nurses and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and other approved channels, responding promptly and professionally.
• Qualify leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and ensure systematic follow‑up of all active enquiries.
• Schedule and confirm consultations, blood tests, home visits and other appointments, communicating details and non‑clinical instructions to clients.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align client requirements with service availability.
• Guide prospects through the booking and decision‑making process, presenting service packages, pricing and addressing non‑clinical questions within approved guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, achieve conversion and revenue targets, and adhere to pricing and discount policies.
• Build trust and rapport with prospective clients through personalised communication and ensure a smooth experience throughout the conversion stage.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness environments.
• Proven ability to manage leads, follow‑up diligently and meet conversion targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, personalised approach.
• Ability to coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
