Client Relationship Management Analyst – Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑oriented Analyst to join our Trade Credit Insurance practice in Dubai. This role offers the chance to develop client‑facing skills, work closely with experienced colleagues, and gradually take ownership of a client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of an existing client portfolio, including revenue booking, quote comparisons, and claims‑related matters.
• Prepare client documentation, reports and presentations, and communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters.
• Participate in client, insurer and team meetings, and use the team’s digital tools and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Gradually develop the knowledge and confidence to manage your own client portfolio.

Required profile

• UAE national currently based in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in client relationships.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
