About the role
The Client Services Ambassador will support patient care by handling appointment scheduling, registration, insurance, billing and cash processes, ensuring high-quality service for patients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.
- Oversee the medical insurance process and related administrative tasks.
- Handle billing and cash‑up procedures accurately.
- Consistently meet customer service expectations by improving patient service quality.
Required profile
- Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) – essential.
- 2‑3 years experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare – essential.
- Tertiary diploma or Bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting – desired.
- Experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment – desired.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with CRM software applications.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems.
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes.
- Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
