About the role

The Client Services Ambassador will support patient care by handling appointment scheduling, registration, insurance, billing and cash processes, ensuring high-quality service for patients.

Key responsibilities

Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.
Oversee the medical insurance process and related administrative tasks.
Handle billing and cash‑up procedures accurately.
Consistently meet customer service expectations by improving patient service quality.

Required profile

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) – essential.
2‑3 years experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare – essential.
Tertiary diploma or Bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting – desired.
Experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment – desired.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Experience with CRM software applications.
Familiarity with hospital information systems.
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes.
Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
