Client Services Ambassador

About the role

Mediclinic Middle East is hiring a Client Services Ambassador for its Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The main purpose of the role is to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator function. The position is full-time, based at the hospital, and there is one opening.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process effectively and efficiently
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks
• Manage the billing and cash-up process
• Meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service

Required profile

• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare
• Desired: tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in medical science, finance or accounting
• Desired: contact centre or healthcare experience
• Preference will be given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program

Required skills

• Computer literacy and MS Office
• CRM software and hospital information systems
• Knowledge of company policies, emergency codes and medical insurance terminology
• Numerical literacy and knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes
