Client Services Ambassador (Patient Administrator)

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Client Services Ambassador (patient administrator) to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administration role. The position is advertised with a closing date of 28 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process effectively and efficiently
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks
• Manage the billing and cash-up process
• Meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service

Required profile

• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
• Preferred: tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in medical science, finance or accounting
• Preferred: contact centre or healthcare experience

• Computer literacy and MS Office
• CRM software and hospital information systems
• Medical insurance terminology and processes, and medical terminology
• Patient scheduling and registration processes
• Numerical literacy
