About the role
Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is recruiting one Pharmacist. The main purpose of the role is to deliver a comprehensive, professional and cost-effective pharmaceutical service to patients and the public, in line with patient safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense medications with proper labelling and clear instructions on usage and dosage.
- Maintain medication stock levels and storage practices in the Pharmacy and Wards according to company standards and best practice.
- Follow accurate patient billing processes.
Required profile
- A B.Pharm degree from an accredited education institution.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinic pharmacy.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the UAE healthcare regulatory framework and its requirements.
- Implementation of JCIA standards for pharmacies.
- Stock control principles and management.
- Patient experience principles and related best practice.
