Client Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Client Support Officer to join our Retail Operations team in Sharjah. The role involves delivering a high‑quality experience to both internal teams and external clients of our fintech platform, ensuring queries are handled promptly across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers via email, phone, live chat and social media.
• Collaborate with the Sales department to process requests accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries, send daily notifications and confirmation emails.
• Reach out to customers to inform them about services and gather feedback on new offerings.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve customer experience.
• Support senior staff with daily tasks and train new or existing staff on company systems and service techniques.
• Handle document filing, data entry and manage customer information securely.
• Provide assistance with financial transactions in coordination with the Back‑office team.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve complaints through phone, email or social media.
• Contribute to projects and suggest solutions for product or service issues.
