Clinical Administrator – Mental Health Case Management

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Clinical Administrator to support its mental health solutions platform. The role involves managing case intake, coordination, and documentation while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming case queues, process referrals, and assign them to appropriate clinical case managers.
• Assist with case file management, technical issues, and documentation uploads.
• Act as the first administrative contact during high‑volume periods and escalate urgent cases.
• Conduct quality audits, maintain affiliate scorecards, and coordinate Critical Incident Stress Management responses.
• Generate KPI reports, reconcile provider invoices, and identify workflow bottlenecks for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in healthcare, mental health, or insurance settings, preferably within an EAP or behavioural health managed‑care organization.
• Excellent fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRMs).
• Strong command of Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic clinical terminology and comfortable using AI tools ethically.
