Pharmacovigilance Associate – UAE National

About the role

GSK is seeking UAE nationals to join its Pharmacovigilance team in Dubai. You will monitor and evaluate safety information from healthcare settings, reports and patient programmes, working closely with safety, medical, regulatory and external partners to protect patients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess safety reports and case information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support signal detection and routine safety monitoring across local and regional sources.
• Prepare clear safety summaries, trackers and regulatory‑ready documents.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety records, version control and inspection‑ready filing practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools to increase quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, life sciences or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance or patient safety monitoring principles.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good document‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for clear, concise reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
