Clinical Instructor

About the role

Echelon Medical Solutions is seeking experienced freelance clinical instructors to deliver a range of medical training courses across the UAE. You will teach corporate teams, operational personnel and healthcare professionals, bringing real‑world clinical experience into the classroom and scenario‑based sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical clinical courses in line with certifying body standards (ASHI, Highfield, ACS, NAEMT).
• Run realistic scenarios, lead debriefs and provide constructive feedback.
• Complete course administration, registers and certification paperwork accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Represent Echelon professionally with clients and on‑site.

Required profile

• Valid, up‑to‑date instructor credentials in at least one of ASHI, Highfield, ACS or NAEMT.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging courses to groups of learners.
• Real‑world clinical experience (e.g., clinical, paramedic, nursing, military medical, emergency response).
• UAE residency and eligibility to work freelance; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong English communication skills and a genuine commitment to developing others.

Required skills

• CPR and AED certification.
• First aid instruction.
• Scenario‑based training and debriefing.
• Course administration and record‑keeping.
