About the role
Arada is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Club General Manager to lead its premium fitness clubs in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while driving operational excellence and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily club operations to ensure a top‑notch experience for members and staff.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee budgets, track financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain club facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and health‑safety compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sports Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 + years of management experience in club or fitness centre operations.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive financial results.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
