Cluster Commercial Manager

About the role

The Cluster Commercial Manager drives the commercial strategy for hotels across the EMEA region, maximizing revenue, profit and market share. Working closely with the Revenue Management, Sales, Conference & Events, and Marketing teams, the role ensures all revenue streams are optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy covering rooms, meetings, F&B, leisure and spa across all segments and channels.
• Lead, coach, develop, recruit and retain commercial talent, managing performance against agreed KPIs.
• Own top‑line budget and forecast, delivering budgeted revenues while controlling cost of sales.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Finance and Operations Director to maximise profit in line with TGOP and EBITDA targets.
• Set pricing, rate quotation and channel‑shift strategies to protect and grow market share.
• Support on‑property and regional marketing teams in coordinating sales, marketing and public‑relations activities.
• Partner with the F&B Director and Operations leadership to align commercial activities across all departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial management within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent analytical mindset for budgeting, forecasting and profit optimisation.
• Effective stakeholder management with owners, senior hotel leadership and regional support teams.
