Cluster Event Booking Center Executive – Sheikh Zayed Road

About the role

The Cluster Event Booking Center Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, handling guest interactions, reservations and revenue‑maximising activities. The role combines front‑office guest service with back‑office administrative duties in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process all guest calls, requests, reservations, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
• Apply sales techniques and up‑selling strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to the Marriott brand.
• Process Marriott Rewards redemptions, enter reward information into the reservation system and allocate complimentary gifts such as points, tickets or certificates.
• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, emailing, typing and faxing.
• Assist management with employee training, motivation and role‑modeling.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs and ensure a high standard of hospitality.
• Maintain accurate written documentation and use clear, professional language in all communications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months of relevant experience in a hotel or hospitality sales/support role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• General office duties (filing, emailing, typing, faxing).
• Sales techniques and up‑selling.
• Familiarity with Marriott Rewards program.
