Cluster Executive Chef

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Cluster Executive Chef for its Abu Dhabi hotel, THE WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton. The role is responsible for the success of all hotel culinary operations, from food quality and costs to guest satisfaction and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and production of hotel meals, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, cost control and profitability
• Partner with the Food and Beverage Director to develop new menus and menu items based on current food trends and regional tastes
• Engage with guests and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns and improve the dining experience
• Oversee budget management, forecasting and reporting so financial targets are met
• Streamline kitchen systems, processes and workflows for smooth, efficient operations
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
