Night Manager - Front Office

About the role

An Accor hotel in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Night Manager for its Front Office. The Night Manager oversees all front office activity during the night shift, ensuring guests are checked in and out smoothly and that the team works well with housekeeping, security and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor room availability, room assignments and occupancy levels.
• Handle all guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering and other departments.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate with the morning team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
