Cluster Groups & Events Sales Executive

About the role

The Cluster Groups & Events Sales Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and loyalty program transactions while promoting the Marriott brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, and concerns across phone, fax, and mail.
• Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions.
• Enter guest and rewards information into the appropriate software systems.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and up‑sell services while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets, or certificates to valued guests.
• Perform general office duties for Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Support management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in hospitality or sales.
• No supervisory experience required.
