About the role
The candidate will lead the design, architecture, development and continuous transformation of Mashreq's end‑to‑end Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture and development of Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems.
- Drive continuous transformation of workflow processes across onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards and compliance.
Required profile
- Deep expertise in Retail Banking Operations.
- Proven experience delivering digital products for customer onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards and compliance.
