About the role

The candidate will lead the design, architecture, development and continuous transformation of Mashreq's end‑to‑end Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems.

Key responsibilities

Lead design, architecture and development of Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems.
Drive continuous transformation of workflow processes across onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards and compliance.

Required profile

Deep expertise in Retail Banking Operations.
Proven experience delivering digital products for customer onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards and compliance.
