About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support HR operations at our luxury hotel properties in Dubai, handling administrative tasks, recruitment support, and employee communications. This full‑time position ensures smooth processing of applications, maintains personnel records, and assists with compliance and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, record messages and create office correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems for applicant interviews, employment applications and employee records.
  • Audit and coordinate distribution of paychecks and manage I‑9 verification documentation.
  • Design and update employee communication bulletin boards and post required legal notices.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, security policies and report incidents.
  • Assist colleagues to provide prompt guest service and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
