Commercial Gym Designer & 3D Visualizer

About the role

1REPMAX is seeking a creative Commercial Gym Designer & 3D Visualizer to lead facility layout and visualization projects for luxury gyms, commercial fitness clubs, boutique studios, and hospitality venues across the UAE. You will translate blueprints into functional 2D CAD plans and photorealistic 3D renders that support high‑value turnkey fit‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce precise 2D AutoCAD floor plans that balance training flow, equipment footprints, electrical drops, and user biomechanics while respecting safety clearances.
• Design functional zones (strength, free weights, functional/turf, cardio, recovery) and ensure compliance with UAE building, accessibility, and fire safety regulations.
• Create photorealistic 3D interior visualizations, cinematic lighting, material textures, and walkthrough animations using modern rendering engines.
• Prepare client presentation decks that aid commercial sales teams in closing projects.
• Extract accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and equipment schedules from finalized layouts.
• Conduct on‑site spatial surveys and laser measurements across UAE project sites to verify dimensions, ceiling heights, and utility points.
• Coordinate with sales managers and fit‑out contractors during the pre‑installation phase to confirm layout feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Spatial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated spatial design experience in commercial gyms, fitness facilities, sports venues, or interior fit‑outs.
• Hands‑on ability to travel across the UAE for site surveys.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D technical layouts and high‑resolution 3D interior renders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Expertise with 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Corona, V‑Ray, or Blender.
• Understanding of MEP power locations, flooring transitions, mirror alignments, and equipment clearance dynamics.
