Commercial Lead High-Rise Buildings

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to join our high‑rise building construction team in the United Arab Emirates. The role will independently manage the commercial function across multiple projects, working closely with the Head of Contracts and Commercial.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities for high‑rise projects, ensuring robust contract administration.
• Prepare and deliver accurate commercial reporting, including CTC and CVR data.
• Manage subcontract procurement, bonds, and insurance matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate contractual correspondence, notices, and commercial communications.
• Support the Head of Contracts and Commercial with strategic commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, commercially driven professional with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a commercial team across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in the UAE/GCC high‑rise sector.
