Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead commercial administration, customer servicing, vendor/freelancer management and delivery coordination for our Dubai office. The role supports the Executive Director, oversees shared‑service operations and ensures smooth execution of regional business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shared‑service operations and coordinate regional business development.
• Prepare budgets, board papers and KPI reports.
• Coordinate treasury, banking activities and cash‑flow planning.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with support from the Nominee Director.
• Support the Executive Director in implementing board decisions.
• Manage cross‑company service agreements and contract administration.
• Handle proposal and quotation management.
• Vendor and freelancer management, including delivery coordination.
• Provide customer invoicing support and operational reporting.
• Coordinate payments (A/P) and receipts (A/R), audit activities and MIS reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations, BPO or project coordination.
• Relevant qualification such as CA Inter or an MBA with an accounting focus.
