Commercial Property Consultant

About the role

Driven Properties is looking for a dedicated Commercial Property Consultant to join its team in Dubai and serve clients in the commercial property market. The consultant helps clients make real estate decisions, from leasing to investment opportunities, so they can achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients identify their commercial real estate needs and tailor solutions to their objectives
• Carry out market research and property inspections to recommend suitable commercial properties
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations, drafting lease agreements and coordinating with legal teams
• Build relationships with landlords, investors and property developers to facilitate transactions
• Prepare market analyses, reports and presentations on market trends and investment opportunities
• Advise clients on financial matters such as leasing options, operating costs and investment returns
• Use CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads
• Stay up to date on local zoning laws, market changes and emerging trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or brokerage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data and financial reports

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software and platforms
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service
