About the role
Join the hotel’s bakery team in Dubai and help create high‑quality bread and desserts while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bakery items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control and inventory checks.
- Inspect all preparations and dishes before service for quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workspace following food‑handling and safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
