About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team in Dubai as a Commis I in the bakery. You will help create high‑quality breads and desserts while delivering memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and dishes before service to guarantee presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace while following food safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
