About the role
We are seeking a motivated Commis I to join our gastro‑pub kitchen in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the culinary team in preparing high‑quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and marinating.
- Cook dishes according to the chef’s instructions and established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Help receive, store, and rotate deliveries.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Commis I or in a similar kitchen role.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good teamwork skills.
