About the role
Join Hilton’s hospitality team in Dubai as a Commis I, where you will help create memorable dining experiences by preparing high‑quality dishes and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently and deliver a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and conduct quality and inventory checks.
- Inspect plates before service to ensure presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace following food safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering warm guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Knowledge of menu offerings and ability to follow complex recipes.
- Understanding of food handling, storage, and safety standards.
