About the role

We are seeking a Commis III (Hot Kitchen) to join our vibrant culinary team at Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman. You will support the smooth operation of the kitchen and contribute to delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the kitchen department in all aspects of guest dining throughout the hotel.
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction, respond promptly to enquiries, and resolve problems.
• Ensure duties are carried out timely and professionally, meeting departmental plans and objectives.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best‑practice activities for internal and external audits.

• Prior experience working in a hot kitchen.
