About the role
The Commis III will support the culinary team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring high standards of food preparation, safety and equipment maintenance in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain fire, hygiene and safety policies and ensure kitchen equipment is kept in good condition with minimal breakage.
- Follow Anantara culinary standards, food preparation and presentation guidelines, and uphold food safety, proper storage, dating and rotation practices.
- Manage assets of outlet property, participate in departmental training and promote positive inter‑departmental communication.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality, generosity and warmth.
- Ability to adhere to hotel culinary standards and safety procedures.
