Commis III – Kitchen Assistant

About the role

The Commis III supports the culinary team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high‑quality food service. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, safety, and consistent culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and enforce the hotel’s fire, hygiene and safety policies.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition, minimizing breakage.
• Adhere to Anantara’s culinary standards, food preparation and presentation guidelines.
• Implement food safety practices, including proper dating, storage, rotation and sanitation.
• Manage assets and property of the outlet, ensuring proper upkeep.
• Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels.
• Promote positive inter‑departmental communication and cooperation.
• Oversee compliance with departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
