About the role
The Commis III will support the culinary team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring high standards of food preparation, safety and presentation. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop practical kitchen skills within a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow Anantara’s culinary standards and food preparation guidelines.
- Maintain food safety, proper storage, dating and rotation in all work areas.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is kept in good condition with minimal breakage.
- Assist with asset management of outlet property and facilities.
- Participate in departmental training and promote positive inter‑departmental communication.
- Adhere to fire, hygiene and safety policies.

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
