Commissioning PLC Programmer – Automation & SCADA

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Commissioning PLC Programmer to design, install, and commission programmable logic controller (PLC) and SCADA solutions for our clients across the manufacturing and building sectors. The role involves travelling to client sites, analysing requirements, and delivering robust automation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to gather automation requirements and discuss project scope.
• Create electrical and mechanical schematics that illustrate process flows.
• Develop, install, and test PLC programs using ladder, object‑oriented and scripting languages.
• Integrate PLCs with third‑party systems via open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and SNMP.
• Perform wiring, panel checks, sensor installation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Design and implement 3D graphics for SCADA visualisation.
• Document development processes, generate test & commissioning reports, and provide post‑installation technical support.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience in manufacturing or building automation, programming PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of machine mechanics and electrical control panels.
