Communications Agent – One Za'abeel Resort

About the role
The Communications Agent works in the Connectivity Centre of the new One&Only One Za'abeel resort. You will handle pre‑arrival processes, answer and route guest calls, and provide information to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pre‑arrival procedures and respond to incoming guest calls.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or guest rooms and provide accurate information.
- Deliver personalized assistance, anticipating guest needs and creating joyful experiences.
Required profile
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with at least 1 year of guest‑service experience in a luxury hotel.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making abilities and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
