Senior Manager – Soft FM Services

About the role

The Senior Manager of Soft Facility Management (FM) Services leads the delivery of soft FM services that enhance passenger experience, safety and operational excellence at the airport. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight and stakeholder management to ensure high‑quality, compliant services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and long‑term plans for Soft FM services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitor KPIs and make data‑driven decisions.
• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Soft FM professionals.
• Prepare and manage the annual department budget, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Set quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with airport departments to enhance the overall passenger experience.
• Develop contingency plans and coordinate emergency response.
• Explore and implement technology solutions to improve service efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in facilities or soft FM management.
• Strong budgeting, financial control and cost‑optimization skills.
• Excellent vendor and contract management capabilities.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties.
