Community & Events Manager – Luxury Real Estate Brokers (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Community & Events Manager to own and grow an exclusive network of top‑performing real‑estate brokers in Dubai. You will drive daily digital engagement, curate premium content, and design high‑touch offline experiences that reinforce the community’s elite status.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, nurture and expand a closed ecosystem of high‑performing brokers.
• Stimulate daily chat activity with market insights, expert discussions and curated content.
• Plan and execute private offline events, masterminds, luxury getaways and bespoke gifting programmes.
• Coordinate high‑end welcome kits, milestone rewards and other member perks.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing team to produce announcements, event recaps and promotional material for a luxury audience.
• Act as the primary concierge and trusted point of contact for elite members, ensuring high loyalty and participation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, event production or VIP hospitality, preferably within the UAE or luxury real‑estate sector.
• Highly proactive, resource‑ful and able to take full ownership from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication, high emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Russian or Arabic are a strong advantage.
• Based in Dubai (mandatory).
