Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Property Consultant at Huspy in Abu Dhabi, you will work on‑site full‑time, guiding clients through buying, selling and renting properties. You will manage a portfolio, conduct viewings and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, respond to inquiries, qualify leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Conduct property viewings, advise on market trends, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, brokers and external partners to ensure smooth transactions and accurate documentation.
• Utilise Huspy’s technology platform and CRM tools to track activities, update listings and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills with a client‑centered approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and professional presentation.
• Proven customer service experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE real‑estate markets, regulations and local trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel locally for meetings and viewings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, property listing and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
