Community & Handover Manager

About the role

The Community & Handover Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai responsible for overseeing community operations and managing the handover of properties from development to occupancy. The role ensures smooth transitions, resident onboarding, and high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, owners, and service providers to manage property handovers, conduct inspections, and prepare required documentation.
• Resolve handover‑related issues, monitor compliance with association rules, and support budgeting and service‑charge administration.
• Track maintenance performance, provide regular reports to association boards, and ensure common areas meet agreed standards.

Required profile

• Experience in community, property, or homeowners’ association management, preferably in residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑service skills, with the ability to build constructive relationships with residents, developers, and service providers.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities to coordinate multiple handovers and community initiatives simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic administrative processes related to handover files and inspection reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort using property or community‑management software, productivity tools, and digital communication platforms.
