Community Lead

About the role

The Bureau is a female‑focused, fully inclusive co‑working space in Dubai. We are looking for a Community Lead to nurture member relationships, drive events and activations, and attract new members to our Opera Grand Downtown location.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, overseeing onboarding, retention and day‑to‑day queries.
• Manage member communications through WhatsApp groups, email updates and internal platforms such as Hubspot.
• Conduct tours, handle leads and convert enquiries into coworking memberships.
• Coordinate event space bookings, prepare venues and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Develop and execute activation strategies to increase engagement and attract new members.
• Plan, organize and run a dynamic calendar of community events and activations.
• Collaborate with the fellow Community Lead to align on overall community strategy.
• Build partnerships with local organisations and businesses to expand the Bureau ecosystem.
• Launch and manage the Founding Members Program.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including event flyers (Canva experience a plus).
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and operational efficiency.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to member engagement.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and create synergies among members.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative mindset for developing activations and marketing collateral.
