Community Manager – Branded Residential Developments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a premium branded residential development in Dubai. You will act as the central point of contact for owners, tenants, the owners association board and the management company, ensuring smooth community life while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the owners association board, unit owners, tenants and the management company.
• Manage community operations, including service charge collection, arrears follow‑up and budget tracking.
• Plan, coordinate and minute Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings, ensuring quorum and procedural compliance.
• Oversee FM contractors, soft‑service providers and security teams, enforcing SLAs and brand standards.
• Handle owner and tenant complaints, escalations and neighbour disputes with professionalism and documented follow‑through.
• Coordinate move‑in/move‑out logistics, enforce community rules and issue violation notices.
• Develop and deliver resident engagement programmes that reflect the development’s brand identity.
• Maintain accurate records of owner registers, unit usage, service charge accounts and contractor performance.
• Monitor community KPIs and report regularly to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing owners associations and branded residential communities in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s OA regulatory framework.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance the interests of investors and residents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and property management software.
