Community Manager – Real Estate Asset Management

About the role

The Community Manager will lead strategic and operational management of a high‑end residential community, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and preserving the community’s reputation and value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a community management strategy aligned with landlord objectives and premium service standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including facilities, landscaping, security and ensure luxury standards through regular inspections.
• Manage resident experience by creating personalized frameworks, proactive communications and handling high‑profile issues.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance for luxury villas and community assets, maintaining documentation and quality inspections.
• Design and execute an annual community engagement and lifestyle calendar with wellness, family, sports and cultural programs.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews and support procurement processes.
• Prepare and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets, report financial performance and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards and conduct periodic operational reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in Dubai/UAE managing premium residential communities or luxury villas, with a focus on high‑net‑worth residents.
