Community Marketing Manager

About the role

Baya is seeking a visionary Community Marketing Manager to shape and champion its sustainable‑lifestyle narrative. Working closely with the Head of Growth and the Founder, you will own the consumer experience across digital and physical touchpoints, turning buyers into loyal advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture the Baya community online and offline, shifting perception from a sustainable product to a sustainable lifestyle.
• Design and execute affiliate and ambassador programs, recruiting micro‑influencers and providing toolkits that drive measurable acquisition.
• Define creative positioning, USPs, and target personas for each product launch and blueprint website content, bundles, and exclusive offers.
• Act as gatekeeper of the Baya voice across packaging, website, email, social, and community materials, directing designers to maintain a minimalist, premium aesthetic.
• Conceptualize and lead experiential offline activations such as pop‑ups, festivals, and workshops, and support retail execution with on‑brand POS materials.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience in community management, building and retaining online and offline communities.
• Event‑planning capabilities, including design and execution of launch and community events.
• Experience developing brand partnerships and activations.
• Good eye for UX, website layout, and spatial design for physical experiences.
