Community Specialist

About the role

The Community Specialist manages the day-to-day operations of residential communities within the Quality Assurance, Health, Safety & Environment department. The role ensures well-maintained facilities, effective service delivery, resident satisfaction and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. It reports to the Head of QHSE, DLP and Community Management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee community operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping and common areas.
• Manage owner and resident enquiries, complaints and escalations.
• Monitor community budgets, service charges, expenses and cost control.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety and company policies.
• Coordinate property handovers, defect rectification and Defects Liability Period (DLP) matters.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance and operational issues.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor service performance.
• Lead community management teams and drive resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in community or property management.
• Experience in budget management, contractor coordination and facilities operations.
• Knowledge of UAE property management regulations is an advantage; Arabic-speaking is also an advantage.
